In Luke 5:27–32, Jesus calls Levi to follow Him, reminding us that our purpose begins with following Jesus. But following Him should never remain hidden it should become visible in the way we live, serve, and love others.

Our purpose also includes pursuing those who recognize their need for the “Doctor.” As Jesus said, He came not for those who think they are well, but for those who are in need.

“But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well.” — Luke 12:31
